Al Di Meola’s celebrated musical career has encompassed a broad spectrum of emotions in a single style that encompasses multiple influences. These range from the impressive speed of his early solos to the challenge and triumph of the ‘Guitar Trio’ formed with John McLaughlin and Paco De Lucia; from Brazilian explorations to the global romanticism with a nod to Tango of the acoustic group ‘World Sinfonia’.
